1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. Once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at nodiashop@outlook.com with your order number.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery takes 6 to 8 business days after shipment
3. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products (in-ear hearing devices), all sales are considered final once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only in the following case:
- The product presents a clear manufacturing defect or malfunction, supported by evidence (photos or video clearly showing the issue)
No refund will be issued for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned without prior approval
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Return requests made after 14 days of delivery
4. Refund Process
- Contact us at nodiashop@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and evidence of the defect (photos or video)
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
5. Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to a product defect on our end, we cover all return shipping costs
- If the return is initiated by the customer for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees
