2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on helios-store.com. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Sale.
3. Products
We sell HeliosHear™ hearing devices, CE certified medical devices designed for people with mild to moderate hearing loss.
All our products are:
- Clearly described with accurate specifications
- Displayed with their exact price including all applicable taxes
- Available subject to stock availability
4. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in the currency of the target market
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase
- Trendyagency reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
5. Order Placement
To place an order on helios-store.com:
- Select your product and add it to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details
- Select your payment method and confirm your order
- You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided
By confirming your order, you enter into a binding sales contract with Trendyagency.
6. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it
- To cancel, contact us immediately at nodiashop@outlook.com with your order number
- After 24 hours, the order will have been processed and can no longer be cancelled
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
7. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are secured and encrypted. Trendyagency does not store any payment card details.
8. Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery takes 6–8 business days
- Free worldwide shipping on all orders

9. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the hygienic nature of our products (in-ear hearing devices), the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are only accepted in the case of:
- A clear manufacturing defect supported by photo or video evidence

10. Warranty
HeliosHear™ products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications
11. Liability
Trendyagency cannot be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, natural disasters)
- Misuse of the product by the customer
12. Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from a purchase on helios-store.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
European customers retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
