- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

- Contact your local post office

10. Delivery Issues
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
