You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Products
We sell HeliosHear™ hearing devices designed for people with mild to moderate hearing loss. Our products are CE certified medical devices.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
5. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in the currency of the target market
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
- The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase
6. Order Process
When you place an order on our website:
- You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided
- Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting nodiashop@outlook.com
- After 24 hours, the order will have been processed and cannot be cancelled
7. Payment

All payments are processed securely. We do not store any card details.
8. Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery takes 6 to 8 business days

9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products (in-ear hearing devices), returns are only accepted in the case of a clear manufacturing defect supported by evidence. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
10. Warranty
HeliosHear™ products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
11. Intellectual Property
All content on helios-store.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Trendyagency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Trendyagency shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Damages resulting from misuse of our products
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (customs, natural disasters, carrier delays)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
